Street Food Over Restaurant Dining

The food truck revolution that is sweeping across US may seem to be doing positively for some but not so much so with small business owners who are operating permanent restaurant locations. The boost in the number of permits being handed out too easily in many cities and towns for food trailers has caused these owners problems and affecting their businesses.
